Searches are counted each time a customer enters an address to get a quote on your website. This includes both internal searches and storefront widget searches.
What is the difference between an internal search and a storefront widget search?
Internal searches are performed by you or your team using the Deep Lawn dashboard. Storefront widget searches are performed by customers directly on your website.
How do I know how many searches that I have left?
You can view your search usage and remaining searches in your Deep Lawn dashboard under the 'Usage' section.
How can I change my monthly plan?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your Deep Lawn dashboard. Changes will be prorated and take effect immediately.
